Our focus is Wagyu seed stock.  Health, taste, and financial reasons drove our decision to move away from commercial cattle.

• SCD AA

The key feature of Wagyu is tenderness - due to its fat melting at a low temperature.  For this reason we focus on 'AA' cattle with high tenderness scores.

• North Texas

We call North Texas home.  Our farms are roughly an hour north of Dallas & we love having visitors.
